Combining elements of a climber, hiker, and skier, the Cybex 360A Arc Trainer produces gym-quality results in the comfort of your own home, helping you get fit more efficiently than ever before. Research shows that the Cybex Arc Trainer burns more calories than any other cross trainer or elliptical cross trainer on the market. The machine accomplishes this through its Reverse Arc motion technology, which engages the muscles--the quads and glutes--that demand the most energy from the body when they're called upon to work. That means a higher intensity and a bigger calorie burn, giving you a complete workout in the shortest time possible. The Cybex 360A also uses workout variations usually reserved for the gym, with three exercise zones providing a host of workout options: a low position called the Glide (similar to a ski machine), a medium position called the Stride (similar to an elliptical trainer), and a high position called the Climb (similar to a stair climber). The zones team up with a broad incline and resistance range to emphasize almost every lower body muscle group, letting users determine the motion that best suits their fitness needs.

The Cybex 360A Arc Trainer combines the best features of a skier, elliptical trainer, and climber.
The Cybex 360A is also far easier on the body than most exercise equipment. The trainer's Reverse Arc motion technology places the user's toe behind the knee, reducing stress on the joints while offering a complete range of motion for both the knee and hip. The machine's Same Side Forward (SSF) orientation, meanwhile, ensures that the arm and leg on the same side move together, so that the relationship with the arm handle and footplate remains the same regardless of incline. This allows the user to always maintain an optimal posture during the exercise, which virtually eliminates back fatigue. Other cross trainers, by contrast, move the arms and legs in opposite directions, putting the body in a stressful position throughout the incline range. Finally, the Arc Trainer is equipped with long input arms that produce a more linear path, versus the shorter handles found on most equipment. This near-linear path minimizes painful wrist articulation, allowing you to get a better upper body workout and maintain good posture.

The Cybex 360A offers 13 preset programs, including quick start, manual, weight loss, cardio, hills, valleys, ramps, interval one, interval two, strength, endurance, random, and calorie goal. It's also easy to track your progress thanks to the intuitive split-level display. Other features include two water bottle holders, a magazine rack, a utility tray, and wireless heart rate monitoring.

The trainer includes a split-level display with 13 preset programs.

Weight Loss is Easy if You Start Doing These Kinds of Exercises

!±8± Weight Loss is Easy if You Start Doing These Kinds of Exercises

It's true that many people have no idea what exercises to start doing once they purchase a new gym membership. I've been there too. I remember walking into the huge gym in my local city and wondering, "Which of these 1000 machines should I be using?" It's not as difficult as some people may make it, these are a few exercises you can start doing on day one that will promote a great deal of weight loss for you.

Weight Machines - These are great for those who don't feel they have the strength or experience to dabble in the free weights section. More than likely any gym you go to will have a machine that works out each part of your body. Be sure to check the picture associated on the equipment if there is any to know what part of your body you'll be working as this is very important in weight lifting selection.

Elliptical Machine - This is a cardio/weight loss machine like no other! I hopped on this machine on day one not even being able to do 5 minutes, (which should tell you how good of a workout it is,) and now I can do over 30 with ease. Look around for one of these machines as it provides great low resistance cardio training that's sure to burn off as many calories as you desire.

Stair Stepper - This machine is another great cardio/calorie killer. I always like to supplement my Elliptical training with a follow up 10-15 minute session on the stair stepper as it is a great muscle fulfilling workout that's sure to leave you feeling great. (After you get used to it of course)

These are just a few simple exercises to get you started towards your weight loss goals. There are many more types of exercises you can implement but as long as you got a great base to start with you will be well on your way! Good Luck!

Combining elements of a climber, hiker, and skier, the Cybex 750A lower body Arc Trainer produces gym-quality results in any environment, helping you get fit more efficiently than ever before. The 750A is technically a commercial machine, meaning it excels in the most demanding environment. However, it's also suitable for fitness-minded home users as well, with a compact footprint and a versatile, load-dependent design. The Cybex 750A is also load-dependent, meaning that it scales the resistance level to the user's weight. This means that two users--one who weighs 250 pounds and the other 125 pounds--receive an equivalent workout when choosing the same program type.

The Cybex 750A Arc Trainer combines the best features of a skier, elliptical trainer, and climber.

The zones team up with a broad incline and resistance range to emphasize almost every lower body muscle group, letting users determine the motion that best suits their fitness needs. The trainer's Reverse Arc motion technology places the user's toe behind the knee, reducing stress on the joints while offering a complete range of motion for both the knee and hip. How to Lose Weight Fast - Jump Start Your Weight Loss Results

!±8± How to Lose Weight Fast - Jump Start Your Weight Loss Results

Are you mentally ready to lose the extra pounds you have been carrying around? Would you like to jump start your weight loss results and get the scale dropping now? Then this article was written to show you how to lose weight fast. I will tell you that these tips are not being presented because they are easy, they will require your effort, but if you are ready to make these positive changes in your life then they are the right way to get the job done.

How to Lose Weight Fast

1. Why faster is better. I have been helping people lose weight for years and what this has shown me is that those who take big actions and make significant changes to their eating and exercising get the fastest and most pleasing results and this becomes the motivator they need to keep going so my first tip is to take big enough actions to see the results fast.

2. Nutritional timing. Now that we can appreciate why fast results are better, let's talk about eating. The fastest way to get your body to release fat is to work with it and feed it the nutrients it needs when it needs them, this is called nutritional timing and when your goal is fast weight loss we need to discuss timing your intake of carbohydrates. Finish eating carbs by lunchtime and then eliminate them in the evenings and you will accelerate your fat loss and leave less food to be turned into stored fat.

3. Exercise for the maximum fat burn. Exercise in general will help you with weight loss but if you want to jump start your weight loss results and turn your body into a fat burning machine then adding high intensity intervals to your aerobic exercise routine is the way to go. Simply warm up at a comfortable pace on your treadmill, other gym equipment or while exercising outdoors and then ramp up your pace until you are exercising at maximum effort for one minute, then back down to catch your breath and repeat. This stimulates your fat burning metabolism and is one of the keys to how to lose weight fast.
